Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or change the date or time of your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for standard services and 72 hours notice for specialty services (e.g., Keratin Treatment, Straightening, Relaxers, Weddings, Special Requests, Corrective Services, etc). In addition, a non-refundable deposit may be required for some services. If you violate this policy, you will be charged the full service price and refused future service until paid.
Please understand that I’m a specialist and an independent stylist running a small local business and unexpected no-shows or cancellations cost me time and money. I know that life happens sometimes, but if you show me the respect of calling to reschedule in advance, I will go out of my way to help. If you do not, then I will demand to be compensated for waiting around and not being able to schedule a paying client.
Note that I only have the most common services listed online. For specialty services, or other requests, please call first and schedule your consultation manually.
